Registered Office

A legal requirement for every limited company is a registered office address where post from Companies House, HM Revenue and Customs, and legal documents served on the company will be sent. This must be a full address including postal code. It cannot be a PO Box numbered address. It must be an address in England and Wales for a company incorporated there, if incorporated in Scotland then the registered office address must be in Scotland.

Nominee Company Secretary

Another requirement of a limited company is the appointment of a company secretary. Their main role is as a signatory on bank mandates, lease and mortgage paperwork. Traditionally, and in larger organisations, their role is to prepare and complete the annual return form and accounts for the company, however the full obligation for this lies with the director(s). click here for more information

At both levels of service we are here as the company secretary on record at Companies House to sign legal documents at your request as an officer of your company. Annual Return Preparation (excluding filing fee)

One of the legal documents to be completed for your company is an annual return form. This can take up valuable time when you have other jobs on. Failure to return the annual return on time will result in a late filing penalty fee.

We can complete this form on your behalf and submit to Companies House to meet the statutory requirements and the filing date.

The hard back combined register comes as a bound book, and is gold blocked on the front cover and spine with “Combined Company Register”;.

This can be added to order for just £21.28 + VAT.

The deluxe loose-leaf combined register provides ease of use and reduces wear and tear in comparison to the hard back version. The binders are 4 D-ringed with library slipcase and tabulated indexes, and come finished in black as standard but other colours are available on request.
