Senior Accountant

You must be prepared to "role up your sleeves" and "get stuck in" as part of our friendly small team caring for all aspects of accounts preparation and tax computations for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders, from incomplete records to Sage and other systems. Tasks also include preparation of CT returns, personal and partnership self assessment returns.

You will be responsible for supervising the team doing the accounts prep, bookkeeping, VAT returns and payroll for clients.

A practice background in a similar role is essential, and you need a broad experience of General Practice.

Systems used - Sage Line 50, VT, Drummohr Tax Assist and MS Office, therefore relevant experience very useful.

Salary: £28,750 f.t.e. plus bonus

Hours: 30 per week to suit
